Returns & Exchanges

You are always welcome to return your purchase if it does not meet your expectations.
You have a 14-day right of return on goods that are in the same condition as when received. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to reject your return.
 

Please note that we do not refund custom-made orders.

How to return a package? 

·  Repack the items in the original box and reuse the original sending box;
·  Make sure you put the packing slip in the package together with the products;
·  Send the package to:

Please note that the return of goods is for your own expenses. We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage in case the package gets lost. Until we received it, it’s your responsibility.

Once we have received the packaging we will refund the amount back to you and you will receive an e-mail once we have processed your return. Refunds can only be made against the original payment method. Please note that it can take up to 5 business days before the money is back on your account/card. 

IMPORTANT: Your return shipment must always be sent with distribution – regardless of the choice of carrier. We cannot accept returns delivered to parcel shops or other collection points than the address above.

Exchange? 
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to exchange a product. Should you wish to purchase a new item, please return the original package and make a new order. 

 

Damaged or Wrong Item Received?
If the product that you have purchased is wrong or damaged, please contact us directly at hello@smoek.studio. We will then send you a prepaid return label so you can send back the goods to us. Please send it to the address stated above.

Warranty 
We advise you to check your jewellery upon receiving it to check for any issues within fourteen days. Check the quality of the jewellery and make sure that your order matches the invoice and the paid amount. If there’s something not correct, please send an e-mail to hello@smoek.studio with a photo, order number and an explanation of what the problem is.

In case you need to return it to us because something is incorrect, we will send you a return label.

Please note that warranty is void if the product shows a defect which is caused by improper use if you or others have made or attempted to make changes to the product or used it in a way for which it’s not intended.

After the fourteen-day period, we give a warranty of 3 months on the quality of the product. If within this period you experience a problem with the product, please send an e-mail to hello@smoek.studio so we can find a suitable solution. As a standard, we follow the following procedure.

·  If it is possible to repair the product we will do so.
·  If it’s not possible to repair it, we will provide you with a new product.
·  If it is not possible to repair and the product is not in stock anymore, we will offer you a refund.

Again, note that this is only the case if the problem is not caused by improper use or treatment.
